Just a huge thank you, I had a wonderful week! Both fantastic guides, so friendly and knowledgeable. I loved the variety of things we saw, the guides were amazing rescheduling all week to work around the weather. The Mountview itself and the staff were wonderful. The room was very clean and comfortable. The food fantastic. I plan to be back next autumn!

Just a quick note to thank you and all the staff at Mountview Hotel for a lovely trip. We greatly enjoyed the week we had with our guides and fellow birders. They worked really hard to get us the target species and we had great views of Golden Eagle, Black Grouse, Black-throated Diver and many others. We were also very grateful for the lengths that that the cooks and serving staff went-to, catering for my food allergies. Their hard work was very much appreciated, thank you.

My husband and I took our first birding tour with Heatherlea Tours. Everyone associated with the company and the hotel were first rate. They made us feel comfortable and welcome. Our tour guide was excellent and has a keen knowledge of not only the local birds but all manner of wildlife.
