My husband and I took our first birding tour with Heatherlea Tours. Everyone associated with the company and the hotel were first rate. They made us feel comfortable and welcome. Our tour guide was excellent and has a keen knowledge of not only the local birds but all manner of wildlife. We can absolutely recommend Heatherlea Tours and will keep them in mind for our next birding tour.

This trip report does indeed bring back many happy memories. It was a wonderful trip and our guide worked so hard for us, finding lots of great birds, wild flowers and butterflies. The hotel was excellent and the food very tasty. The ground agent was an exceptional local representative and very good company. I'll definitely recommend this holiday to my birding friends! Just a quick note to thank you and all the staff at Mountview Hotel for a lovely trip. We greatly enjoyed the week we had with our guides and fellow birders. They worked really hard to get us the target species and we had great views of Golden Eagle, Black Grouse, Black-throated Diver and many others. We were also very grateful for the lengths that that the cooks and serving staff went-to, catering for my food allergies. Their hard work was very much appreciated, thank you.
