TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF BOOKING
Heatherlea (Scotland) Ltd is a limited
company incorporated in Scotland under the
Companies Act 1985, as Company No 214912.
Registered office is The Mountview Hotel,
Nethybridge, Inverness-shire, PH25 3EB.

Provisional reservations may be made by
telephone, but must be confirmed in writing
within seven days. A confirmed reservation is
made once a Booking Form, together with
correct deposit has been received from you
and confirmed in writing by us. At this point
we will also invoice you for the outstanding
balance, which must be paid at least eight
weeks prior to date holiday begins to
reconfirm your booking. Should this final
payment fail to reach us by the date specified
on your invoice, we reserve the right to cancel
your booking without any refund.

You may cancel your booking in writing at
any time. To cover administration charges, we
will retain your deposit in the event of any
cancellation by you. In the event of
cancellation by you within eight weeks of
date holiday begins, the full price of the
holiday is payable. We strongly recommend
that you purchase insurance against possible
cancellation by you of your holiday.

No alteration will be made to the prices
stated on this website in respect of UK
holidays, with the exception of changes made
necessary by any increase in VAT. Prices are
fully inclusive of accommodation, meals,
transport and guidance as specified. Travel,
insurance and personal expenditure (drinks,
telephone charges, postcards etc) is not
included. Heatherlea reserve the right to make
alterations to the specification of any holiday,
although we will endeavour not to make such
changes. We will if possible advise you before
departure, but are not obliged to do so or pay
you any compensation.

In the unlikely event of cancellation by
Heatherlea, all monies paid by you to us will
be refunded. No additional payment, whether
as compensation or otherwise, will be payable
by Heatherlea in respect of our cancellation.

Heatherlea accept no responsibility for any
loss or damage to your personal goods or for
your personal accident or injury. Heatherlea
do not take responsibility for any loss or
injury resulting from any act or omission by
third parties or persons beyond our control.
Guests are advised to obtain adequate
insurance against personal loss and injury
before travelling.

Heatherlea accept no responsibility where
provision of services is not available for
reasons beyond our control. This includes ferry
services, estate access and the effects of
adverse weather conditions.

If you have any special requests you must
inform us in writing before you travel. This
includes health requirements, dietary
requirements, provision of courtesy collection
from Aviemore, and provision of facilities
within The Mountview Hotel and elsewhere.
- In the unlikely event that you have a
complaint, please notify us as soon as possible
so that we may act promptly. This Contract
and these conditions shall be governed by
Scottish Law only, and by accepting them you
consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the
Scottish Courts.
