GO FURTHER! - Holiday extensions
Enjoy the best birding on the Scottish mainland, then GO FURTHER! with one of our second centre extensions and see the best of the rest of Scotland too! Why make two trips to see Capercaillie in Nethybridge and Corncrake in the Outer Hebrides?

You can take any GO FURTHER! holiday singly, but most are conveniently arranged to be enjoyed alongside a Heatherlea week in the Highlands, or even a second GO FURTHER! holiday. If you combine, you make good use of time and minimise travel expenses too.
Our GO FURTHER! Extensions take you to the right places for just the right length of time – every day is full of action! These very popular holidays offer carefully designed itineraries to explore the beautiful and wildlife-rich Scottish islands and far west coast.
In 2013 we offer more choice than ever, with new holidays to Skye, Orkney, the Solway Firth and Sutherland and Caithness. All are run at a leisurely pace, though we might move a bit faster when rare migrants and vagrants are in our sights!
Transfers from Nethy Bridge are included in most holidays, and you may book an extra night’s stay at either end of your holiday. If driving, your vehicle may be left safely parked at Mountview Hotel free of charge, and if using public transport you may use our morning courtesy bus to Aviemore links. As an alternative you can join the holiday at a convenient point closer to our destination. Tremendous value! This is often the most economical way to visit the remotest parts of Scotland – Heatherlea GO FURTHER! holidays make it easy and give you real savings.
